Andrew K. Cuddy, Esq., originally from Auburn, New York, is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross, ‘87. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy. Andy attended Holy Cross on a Navy R.O.T.C. scholarship. Upon graduation he was commissioned into the United States Marine Corps. He attained the rank of Captain and is a combat veteran of the Gulf War and Somalia. He graduated from the University at Buffalo School of Law, ‘96, and was admitted to practice that same year. He practiced criminal defense law for a number of years, until a criminal case with overlapping special education issues pulled him into the special education arena. His practice is now almost entirely devoted to special education law. The firm only represents parents and guardians in their attempts to obtain appropriate services for their children.
