Alberthe Bernier is an associate at Littman Krooks LLP. She focuses her practice on elder law, Medicaid Planning, asset protection planning, guardianships, estate planning, and trust and estate administration.

Alberthe received both her undergraduate and law degree from St. John’s University located in Queens, New York. During law school, she interned with the St. John’s University Elder Law Clinic where she represented elderly clients who were victims of consumer fraud, deed theft, predatory lending, or creditor and/or contractor abuse.

Alberthe is fluent in both written and spoken Creole. She is a member in good standing with the New York State Bar Association and the Nassau County Bar Association. Alberthe is admitted in New York. She lives in Westchester County with her husband.
