Rory Clark is an associate in the corporate and securities department at Littman Krooks LLP where he concentrates his practice on a variety of transactional matters for investment banking firms, private and public companies, investment partnerships and private investors. Mr. Clark has experience in corporate finance, securities compliance, mergers, acquisitions and business ventures, private placements, initial public offerings of stock and corporate governance. He also advises his clients on general corporate law matters. Mr. Clark began his career with the distinguished firm of Troutman Sanders LLP.

Mr. Clark graduated, magna cum laude, from SUNY Binghamton and received his J.D. degree from New York Law School, graduating cum laude, where he served as Associate Editor of the New York Law School Law Review and was a John Marshall Harlan Scholar, affiliated with the Center for Business Law and Policy. He is a member of the New York County Lawyers Association and is admitted to practice in New York.

Dedicated to pro bono and community service, Mr. Clark has served as pro bono counsel to Bet Tzedek Legal Services, the Holocaust Reparations Program, a free legal assistance program offered to more than 10,000 people of every racial and religious background and to Yad Ha-Chazakah, the Jewish Disability Empowerment Center, a not-for-profit specializing in enriching the lives of disabled individuals and raising awareness for the cause. Mr. Clark currently serves as a mentor for iMentor, a New York City-based not-for-profit committed to improving the lives of young people from under served communities through innovative, technology-based approaches to mentoring.
