Private Placements are the mainstay of our practice, with over 150 completed transactions since the firm’s inception. Our team of attorneys is skilled in structuring, negotiating and closing private placement financings for privately held and public companies involving Regulation D offerings and private investments in public equity (PIPE) transactions. We serve a wide variety of issuers, including start-up and second stage companies.
