Martin W. Enright, Partner, has nearly 25 years experience representing major financial institutions, closely held and publicly traded businesses, investment fund managers, investment banking intermediaries, individual investors, executives and management groups, and entrepreneurial ventures. His experience covers a broad array of securities; capital markets; mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; joint ventures and strategic alliances transactions, as well as general corporate and business matters. Marty's practice currently centers on representing both placement agents and issuers in private placements of equity, debt and hybrid securities, ongoing SEC representation of publicly traded entities, and representation of acquirers, sellers and financial sponsors in mergers and acquisitions transactions. Marty also advises entrepreneurial and closely held companies on internal reorganization and recapitalization efforts in preparation for accessing the capital markets, selling or acquiring all or part of a business, or entering into strategic alliances with sophisticated international businesses. During his career, Marty has also served as founder and principal of several investment partnerships and similar vehicles, and was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Financial Officer of a Nasdaq traded high-tech company. Marty began his career with the distinguished New York firms of Seward & Kissel and Schulte Roth & Zabel.

Marty is an honors graduate of Hofstra University, where he was a member of the varsity football and lacrosse teams, and of Boston University School of Law, where he was a Notes Editor of the Law Review. He lives in New York with his wife Christina, his interests include golf and yoga and he has completed three marathons.
