Steven D. Uslaner is a corporate and securities partner at Littman Krooks LLP in New York City. His principal practice is in private placements, initial public offerings of stock, mergers and acquisitions, securities compliance and general securities and corporate matters. Mr. Uslaner has extensive experience in reverse merger transactions and public offerings of Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs). Steven has represented both issuers and investment banks in numerous PIPE transactions over the course of his career.

Mr. Uslaner received his J.D. degree in 1987 from Hofstra University and was admitted to the New York State Bar (1988). He graduated from the State University of New York at Stony Brook (B.A., 1984). Mr. Uslaner is a member of the American Bar Association's section on Corporation, Banking and Business Law.
