White Plains Special Needs Attorney Named Partner at Littman Krooks LLP

Adrienne J. Arkontaky, Esq. has been named a Partner in the firm Littman Krooks LLP of White Plains, Fishkill and New York City.
Adrienne’s practice focuses on special needs planning for families of children with disabilities, special education advocacy, and guardianship. As a parent of a special needs child, she understands the importance of assisting families in obtaining appropriate services for children with special needs.
“Adrienne is an asset to the firm,” says Bernard Krooks, founding partner of Littman Krooks. “She works hard to help families in planning for their children’s futures. As a parent of a child with special needs, she can appreciate the difficulties that the families face on an everyday basis. The firm supports her efforts and we are proud of the fact that we can help so many families through her work.”
Adrienne is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Westchester Women’s Bar Association and the Elder Law Section of the Westchester Bar Association. She is also a member of the Council of Parent Advocates and Attorneys (COPAA). She serves on the boards of the John A. Coleman School and is acting President of Family Ties of Westchester.
Adrienne joined Littman Krooks in 2005. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Pace University School of Law and received her Bachelor of Science degree from Iona College.
“This has been an incredible journey for me. Littman Krooks LLP is a very unique firm. Partners, attorneys and staff share a vision of passionately advocating for those with special needs and our elder population. I am honored to be a part of the Littman Krooks team.”
