Ryan J. Byrnes, Esq., is an attorney with Littman Krooks LLP. He focuses his practice on elder law, special needs planning, guardianship, asset protection planning, real estate, trust and estate administration and estate planning.

Ryan counsels clients on a wide array of estate planning and elder law matters to avoid common missteps that may otherwise lead to costly litigation. When litigation is necessary, Ryan offers a unique perspective by understanding the technical aspects of estate planning and probate proceedings as well as the strategy of litigation.

Mr. Byrnes received his J.D. from New England School of Law and is admitted to practice in the State Courts of New York and New Jersey, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey. He received his undergraduate degree from McDaniel College where he majored in Sociology with a specialization in Criminal Justice and received a Minor in Arabic language and studies.

Ryan is an active member of the Elder Law and Trusts & Estates Sections of the New York State Bar Association. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys playing ice hockey and golf, as well as spending time with his wife and their son.
