On Thursday October 10th, Partner Amy C. O’Hara will present at the Considerations in Co-Counseling with an Elder Law and Special Needs Law Seminar hosted by Shenkman Law. In this seminar, Attorney O’Hara and Attorney Martin Shenkman, Esq., of Shenkman Law will address topics pertaining to the benefits of co-counseling between elder law and special needs attorneys to ensure holistic planning for individuals and their families. Elder law and special needs (ELSN) planning is a specialized area of the law, but one that trust and estate planning (T&E) attorneys frequently encounter. In many cases, even skilled estate planners may benefit from collaborating or co-counseling on complex ELSN matters for clients.

This seminar will be held on Tuesday, October 10th from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm. To register or for more information, please visit the link in this post.
