Financial professionals, credit counselors, and members of the Financial Planning Association will be available for one-on-one consultations on specific financial questions you may have.

Littman Krooks attorney Stacy Sadove, Esq., will be presenting “The Importance of Advance Directives” during Session II from 11:00 AM to 11:50 AM.

Advance directives are essential documents which allow an individual to choose who will manage their financial affairs and make medical decisions for them if they become incapacitated. With proper documents in place, you can not only express your wishes to your agent, but also avoid unnecessary court involvement. This presentation will review common advance directives that are signed by individuals including a health care proxy, living will, disposition of remains, HIPAA, electronic information,  nomination of guardian and power of attorney.
