Children with disabilities are entitled to a free and appropriate public education during hybrid or remote learning. Decisions regarding special education programming continue to be
driven by data, and the importance of collecting, maintaining and analyzing data remains critical during the pandemic. Parents should understand how to monitor and document the
delivery of services and student engagement, and their student’s progress – or lack of progress– through remote learning, and provide the needed data back to the school district.

Littman Krooks attorney Amy E. Halpert, Esq., will share what parents should be considering, and what they can do. Click here to view the event flyer.  Please submit any questions in advance: ridgewaysn@gmail.com.  For more information please contact wpspecial1@gmail.com.
