New York, NY (June 6, 2022). Littman Krooks LLP announced that it is enhancing its collaborative relationship with Olshan Frome Wolosky LLP and will relocate its New York City office to Olshan’s mid-town offices in June 2022, maintaining its current Westchester office.
Littman Krooks founding partner Mitchell C. Littman noted “I have known Steve Wolosky since the early 80’s when we were both young lawyers at a small mid-town law firm, and we have maintained both a personal friendship and professional relationship over the last 40 years.” Littman continued, “We are delighted to continue our collaborative working relationship with Olshan which will provide additional support for our core investment banking and broker-dealer practice, along with our growing hospitality, brand, entertainment and sports corporate matters.”
