Jessica A. Saio

Jessica A. Saio is a New York–admitted attorney focusing on Elder Law, Special Needs Planning, Trusts and Estates, and Estate Administration.

She is a member of the Elder Law and Special Needs Section of the New York State Bar Association and the Westchester Women’s Bar Association, and was recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2025.

Jessica earned her Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Manhattan University.
