- Corporate Associate: We are seeking a corporate securities attorney with 2-4 years of experience. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with clients in investment banking and broker dealer matters, and mergers and acquisitions and other various strategic corporate transactions, including conducting and managing due diligence, drafting and negotiating deal documentation, and coordinating deal closings.
