Associate Attorney – Special Education Law: We are seeking a New York–admitted attorney for our Westchester County office with 1–4 years of experience to join our special education law practice. Familiarity with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and Section 504 is required. The ideal candidate will have strong legal research and writing skills and be comfortable with substantial client interaction and due process hearings. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with clients and become an integral part of a nationally recognized boutique law firm. Part-Time Marketing Coordinator
A well-established law firm in Westchester County, New York, is seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Part-Time Marketing Coordinator to oversee and implement the firm’s marketing and business development initiatives.
The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the firm’s attorneys and leadership team to enhance the firm’s brand, expand its online presence, and support client development efforts.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the firm’s website, including updating content through WordPress.
- Creating and publishing engaging content for the firm’s social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Developing and distributing the firm’s email newsletters and marketing campaigns through platforms such as Constant Contact.
- Coordinating attorney speaking engagements, webinars, CLE programs, sponsorships, and professional networking events.
- Assisting with the development of marketing materials, attorney biographies, client alerts, presentations, and other promotional content.
- Writing, editing, and proofreading marketing copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with the firm’s brand standards.
- Managing relationships with outside vendors, designers, photographers, and event venues as needed.
- Monitoring website traffic, social media engagement, email campaign performance, and other marketing analytics, and preparing reports on key performance metrics.
- Assisting with advertising opportunities, directory submissions, award nominations, and other business development initiatives.
- Helping maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in a professional services or law firm environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Proficiency with WordPress, Adobe Photoshop (or comparable graphic design software), Canva, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact.
- Familiarity with social media analytics, Google Analytics, and SEO best practices is preferred.
- Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and willingness to work independently.
