Partner Amy C. O’Hara, CELA®, presented with Attorney Martin M. Shenkman, Esq., this month on the subject regarding Considerations for Co-Counseling with an Elder Law and Special Needs Attorney on October 11th. Elder law and special needs (ELSN) planning is a specialized area of the law, but one that trust and estate planning (T&E) attorneys frequently encounter.
