Special Education Advocacy for Children with Special Needs
- At Littman Krooks LLP, a New York, Westchester or Dutchess Special Education Attorney will help you obtain the appropriate services entitled to your child under the Individuals With Disabilities Education Act of 2004 (“IDEA”), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, No Child Left Behind and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act and other New York State and Federal Laws.
