WILC’s Parent Training and Information Center & Littman Krooks LLP present “An Update on NY State Rules for Students with Disabilities Aging Out of Special Education.”

  • COVID-19 has had an impact on all students, but particularly students with disabilities who turned 21 in the 2019 – 2020 or 2020-2021 school years.  These students have missed critical opportunities to prepare for the transition beyond high school, including in-person transition and community experiences
  • Please join us for a discussion on the proposed legislation that allows NYS school districts to continue to provide special education services to these students for an additional year and what steps to take if your child needs additional time

Littman Krooks partner Marion M. Walsh, Esq., to present.
