The Hastings Recreation Department is sponsoring an instructional/educational meeting on: Preparing for the Elder Years and Planning for Financial Matters
The seminar will be presented by Mr. Brian Miller, Esq., who is a Certified Elder Law Attorney with Littman Krooks, LLP. A few of the topics Mr. Miller will discuss include, handling your spouse’s estate, is there a trust that needs to be administered, government benefits, and working with other professionals.
This seminar will take place on Thursday September 21, 2023 at 12:15 pm at the J.H. Community Center, 44 Main St., Hastings on Hudson. It is open to all members of the community, especially “baby-boomers” and senior citizens, as well as their children, or others who will soon be facing these issues themselves.
