Senior Associate: We are seeking a New York admitted attorney for our Westchester County office with 5-7 years of experience to join our trusts and estates, contested guardianship and estate litigation practices. Experience in trusts and estates, elder law, guardianships, mental health law, Medicaid and/or special needs planning is a plus. Associate will have extensive client contact and will maintain a regular schedule of hearings, court appearances and conferences based on case requirements. Associate will be encouraged to participate in the firm’s business development activities and must be comfortable working with elderly individuals, individuals with disabilities and their families. Candidate must have excellent writing, research, analytic and organizational skills and be a motivated self-starter who wants to be an integral part of a well-established, nationally known boutique law firm. Corporate Associate: We are seeking a corporate & securities attorney with 2-4 years of experience. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with clients in investment banking and broker dealer matters, and mergers and acquisitions and other various strategic corporate transactions, including conducting and managing due diligence, drafting and negotiating deal documentation, and coordinating deal closings. Candidates must be highly motivated, comfortable working with clients and work well in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. The successful candidate will possess attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills necessary for client interaction and the ability to attend to day to day administrative duties. Experience with any or all of the following areas of specialty is preferred: Estate Administration, Trusts and Estates, Medicaid, Elder Law, and Guardianship.
